Your main responsibilities include:

● Ensure that all educational and multimedia content meets quality standards for readability, clarity, formatting, branding, and structural consistency.
● Review and validate course materials, including documents, videos, and interactive elements, to ensure they align with the intended learning objectives and branding guidelines.
● Conduct thorough content reviews to check for errors in grammar, reference styles, capitalization, numbering, bullet points, and typography, providing necessary feedback to content creators.
● Ensure that all content complies with internal and industry standards, including accessibility guidelines and best practices in instructional design.
● Work closely with internal teams, including multimedia, creative and instructional designers, to resolve quality issues and enhance overall course delivery.
● Maintain detailed QA reports and documentation to track content revisions, feedback logs, and continuous improvement measures.

We expect you to:

● Hold a diploma or university degree, preferably in Business Information System, Instructional Design, or other relevant fields;
● Strong command of English with exceptional proofreading and editing skills;
● Able to test course functionality, verifying setup accuracy, and ensuring a smooth learner experience;
● Proven experience in content quality assurance, editing, instructional design, or a related field.
● Adept in using Ms Office suite, project tracking tools, and communication tools;
● Comfortable working across departments (e.g., product, training, customer support) to align on content needs and revisions;

● Exceptional attention to detail and a strong grasp of grammar and formatting standards;
● Have excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills;
● Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team;
● Great time management skills;
● Excel in written and spoken English
