To support our growing suite of solutions, weβre looking for a Product Support Specialist π©βπ»π¨βπ» to help with LMS configuration and product development support.
π― Your Main Responsibilities:
βοΈ Configure and update learning products on our LMS (Lerero), including courses, bundles, and more
π Implement product updates based on user feedback and internal requirements
π§βπ« Manage multiple course formats β from pre-recorded π₯ to face-to-face π§ββοΈ and live online π» sessions
ποΈ Administer LMS user access and roles
π§© Maintain and support learning bundles for different user groups
π Continuously monitor, test, and optimize course setups to enhance the learning experience
π Develop and maintain clear documentation for both internal teams and users
β Ensure all product configurations align with company policies and industry standards
π Weβre Looking For Someone Who:
π Holds a diploma or degree in Business Admin, Information Systems, Instructional Design, or similar
πΌ Has 1β2 years of experience configuring and updating LMS content
π οΈ Understands LMS user roles, permissions, and access management
π§ Is comfortable with Microsoft Office, project tracking, and communication tools
π€ Thrives in cross-functional teams (product, training, customer support)
π§ Has strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
π Can create user-friendly documentation for both tech teams and end-users
π£οΈ Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders
π― Works well independently and as part of a team
β° Manages time effectively
π Has excellent English skills, both written and spoken
