Your main responsibilities include:
Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business goals across live and on-demand events, digital content, research services, training, marketing, and lead generation.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on ROI analysis, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
- Conduct market research, user testing, and feedback analysis to inform product decisions and iterate on features for continuous improvement.
Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:
- Develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and positioning for new product launches and feature updates.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling messaging, collateral, and campaigns that drive product awareness, demand, and adoption.
Customer Experience and Satisfaction:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to assess product performance, user experience, and satisfaction levels.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer experience, retention, and loyalty, including customer training programs, support resources, and feedback mechanisms.
Business Development and Partnerships:
- Identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and integration opportunities to enhance product capabilities, market reach, and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with business development teams to explore new revenue streams,
upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and long-term growth initiatives.
We expect you to:
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Previous experience: 5+ years of product management experience in digital solutions, including live/on-demand events, content/media, research, training, and marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products/services, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
- Must have skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices in product management.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies, project management tools, and product lifecycle frameworks.
