Maentae aims to support their customers to reach faculty operation efficiency through providing them with coordinating faculty allocation to courses, ensuring efficient scheduling, and supporting academic operations. This role involves collaborating with project managers, faculty members, and administrative teams to align teaching assignments with faculty expertise,availability, and institutional needs. The Faculty Coordination Assistant plays a key role in faculty workload management, academic planning, and process optimization to enhance teaching efficiency and course delivery.
Your main responsibilities include:

● Conduct quality reviews: Evaluate instructional materials, including e-learning modules,course materials, assessments, and multimedia elements, to ensure adherence to instructional design principles, pedagogical best practices, and organizational standards.
● Develop quality standards: Define and establish quality standards, guidelines, and checklists for instructional design processes and deliverables. Implement quality assurance procedures to enhance the instructional design workflow.
● Collaborate with instructional designers: Provide feedback and guidance to instructional designers to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of instructional materials. Offer suggestions for improvements in content organization, instructional strategies, interactivity, and multimedia usage.
● Review and assess learning objectives: Verify the alignment of learning objectives with desired outcomes and ensure they are measurable, specific, and attainable. Assist in refining objectives when necessary.
● Test course functionality: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the
functionality, navigation, and interactivity of e-learning courses and other digital learning products. Identify and report any technical issues or inconsistencies.
● Evaluate learner engagement: Analyze the effectiveness of instructional materials in engaging learners and promoting knowledge retention. Recommend modifications or enhancements to increase learner engagement and motivation.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts: Work closely with subject matter experts to verify the accuracy and relevancy of content, ensuring it aligns with the learning objectives and instructional design principles.
● Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in instructional design and quality assurance. Apply relevant knowledge to improve the overall quality of instructional materials.
We expect you to:
● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or review role related to materials development, curriculum, syllabus, or instructional designing;
● Deep understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices;
● Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), as well as multimedia design software and tools;
● Demonstrated ability to conduct quality reviews of instructional materials, including
e-learning modules, course materials, assessments, and multimedia elements.
● Experience in identifying and addressing issues related to instructional design principles and standards.
● Proven ability to provide constructive feedback to instructional designers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
● Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams;
● Experience in developing quality standards, guidelines, and checklists for instructional design processes and deliverables;
