LMSL has recently started localization projects in Vietnam, Indonesia and Romania, we’re on a mission of expanding our products and services to more people, empowering their changes in life. To help people with more diversified and comprehensive solutions, we are looking for a Video Team Lead to coordinate our team of Videographers and Video Editors working on localization projects.
Your main responsibilities include:
Coordinate our Video Team working on localized content;
Provide any necessary training to Videographers and Video Editors;
Report to the Head of Multimedia about the team’s performance;
Provide leadership to ensure the functional team performs in alignment with our company’s vision and mission through collaboration with the Head of Multimedia & Leadership Team;
Working with the Head of Multimedia and Content Producer, to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met;
Coordinate with the production team to bring creative concepts to life;
In collaboration with the Content Producer, develop production schedule, oversee shoot planning, and ensure all project milestones are completed on time;
Ensure that final deliverables are engaging, high-quality, and optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital advertising;
Collaborate with the Head of Multimedia production and team members to understand the needs and requirements of the brand’s video products, perform the planning necessary to create and edit videos
Videography - Podcast Videos, Street Interviews, Social Media Marketing Videos;
Video editing - Course Videos, Podcast Videos & Social Media Marketing Videos;
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and content formats to inspire fresh ideas;
We expect you to:
Hold a university degree, preferably in Media, Film, Communication, or other related field;
Have proven work experience as a Videographer & Video Editor;
Have leadership experience (not required but is a big plus);
Have studio experience (not required but is a big plus);
Have Experience using Rodecaster Pro preferred;
Have recording and editing software and hardware troubleshooting experience;
Proficiency in Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop;
Exceptional knowledge in good workflow and editing timeline organization;
Ability to execute based on a project brief;
Attention to detail;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Thrive in an ever-developing, fast-paced environment, flexible and agile;
Great critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills;
Speak and write excellent English.

Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months’ probation period
No. of hours: 40h/week, Full-time
Working schedule: During office hours: 09:00 – 18:00
