🎯 The Role:
As COO, you’ll partner with the CEO to drive our vision forward. Your role will span across strategy, operations, financial oversight, and talent development. You’ll play a critical part in scaling our business, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment across our ecosystem of interdependent brands and entities.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute corporate strategies, cascade plans across functions, and ensure alignment between brands/entities.
• Operational Excellence: Refine processes, ensure efficient communication across departments, and implement initiatives to optimize performance.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, ensure cost-efficiency, and develop monetization strategies that sustain and grow the business.
• People Leadership: Build a high-performing culture, mentor and inspire a young, dynamic team, and recruit top talent for managerial roles.
• Performance Management: Monitor corporate performance, adapt tactics as needed, and maintain high levels of accountability across teams.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:
We need an experienced leader who can balance strategy and execution while fostering a collaborative and motivated culture.

✔️ Experience:

• At least 5 years in an executive leadership role (COO or divisional head).
• Proven expertise in strategy development, budget management, and transformational projects.
• Industry experience in education, research, or standards-setting is preferred.
