The Functional Areas Enablement Institute (FAEI) is a pioneering research organization focused on optimizing operations across various functional areas. Key Responsibilities
β Consult with researchers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop courses and trainings
β Map out key insights, themes, and implications from research to high-priority learning needs and design criteria
β Conceptualize engaging learner experiences that bring research findings to life throu simulations, gamification, virtual reality and experiential elemen
β Storyboard and prototype professional enablement solutions, leveraging modern instructional design and adult learning theories
β Develop programs, tools, and content assets to achieve learning objectives incorporating research-backed recommendations
β Employ critical design techniques to create highly interactive and visually compelling learning experiences across modalities
β Conduct aligning and gap analysis to tailor delivery mediums, formats, and platforms to learner preferences revealed through research
β Identify appropriate technologies, delivery channels, platforms and content types based on analysis of learner demographics, psychographics and behavioristics
β Design impactful assessment instruments based on key data points and insights derived through research initiatives
β Follow rapid iteration processes, soliciting end-user feedback to refine profession development products
β Partner with researchers throughout design process to clarify findings, the interpretations, and evaluate solutions
β Develop all course materials - Meet target quotation for product release
β Use marketing guidelines to develop all visual materials of all course related materials, included but not limited to, presentations, videos, and voiceovers
