Partnership & Affiliate Program Manager
LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs (https://lifemanagementsciencelabs.com/), aims to empower people worldwide to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture. LMSL is a startup under The KPI Institute.
Position Overview: We seek a digitally savvy and experienced marketing mind to strengthen our relations with affiliates through KOLs, community members or Affiliate Networks to deliver the organization's business objectives.
Your main responsibilities include:
Identify, recruit, onboard, build, and manage relationships with various affiliate marketing cohorts: KOLs, community members, and Affiliate Networks to drive conversion and/or leads to contribute to revenue growth ultimately.
Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns that are aligned with total LMSL and its Labs’ strategy and business objectives.
Recommend and manage affiliate marketing budget.
Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, parameters and commission structures to ensure profitability and compliance.
Head execution requirements including handling of product knowledge/ document/ sample that will be given to the affiliates.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and deliver ROI.
Identify and manage Affiliate pages and tools required to implement and monitor campaigns
We expect you to have:
A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in Global Affiliate Marketing and/or related fields.
Combination of strategic affiliate/influencer marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution.
Knowledge on B2C, B2B, influencer and affiliate best practices and trends.
Access to extensive networks of KOL, communities and Affiliate Networks.
Involvement in launching new products, experience in developing product marketing campaigns, setting, and meeting strategic campaign goals and objectives.
Strong background in affiliate and influencer marketing programs and demand generation.
Familiarity with relevant marketing technology tools such as CRM systems, marketing
automation platforms, and analytics software.
Experience related to collaboration with the marketing and sales team to align efforts with revenue goals and lead generation.
Outstanding skills in written and oral communication, presentation, negotiation and problem solving.
Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and work best under pressure.
