LMSL is seeking a Marketing Manager to help engage Arabic-speaking audiences and drive growth in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and manage marketing strategies for new solutions, including launch activities and asset creation (brochures, videos, etc.).
- Execute and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and qualified leads.
- Monitor competitors and market dynamics to inform strategy updates.
- Provide bi-weekly reports on campaign performance.

Product Development & Market Positioning
- Collaborate with product teams on campaign strategies, value propositions, and messaging.
- Lead new feature development, including customer research, requirements, and competitive analysis.
- Identify product enhancements based on market insights.

Content Development & Collateral Creation
- Create content (white papers, case studies, blogs, etc.) and marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Brief graphic designers to develop marketing materials.

Event Management
- Organize company events, including strategy, planning, logistics, and promotion.

General Responsibilities
- Take initiative and ownership of projects.
- Individual contributor role with no direct reports.
We Expect You To:
- Have knowledge of B2C, B2B, SaaS, and Digital Marketing best practices and trends.
- Demonstrate success in launching products and developing product marketing campaigns with clear goals and results.
- Have expertise in content marketing and demand generation.
- Be familiar with marketing analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Understand marketing technology tools like CRM, automation platforms, and analytics software.
- Identify challenges and develop creative marketing solutions.
- Know customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with sales goals and support lead generation.
- Showcase a portfolio of product marketing content across various assets (literature, web, video).
- Be curious about customer personas and trends, using data to drive insights.
- Balance strategic product marketing with hands-on execution.
- Have excellent English communication skills and creative thinking.
- Translate technical product information into customer-focused value propositions.
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Work independently in an unstructured environment.
- Have experience with both early-stage and established products.
- Global marketing program experience preferred.
- EdTech industry experience is a plus.
