POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher specializing in Performance Management to join our dynamic team. Operating within a specialized research center, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and consolidating information essential for the development of publications and other services. The center centralizes knowledge and specialized researchers, enhancing the commercialization of our offerings and building a strong brand identity within The KPI Institute.
Your main responsibilities include:
Conduct in-depth research in the field of Strategy and Performance Management, contributing to the development of publications and research studies.
Work collaboratively with a team to research the fields of Strategy Planning and Performance Management.
Gather, consolidate, and analyze information relevant to the center's focus area.
Contribute to the creation of educational programs, tools, and methodologies for practitioners.
Analyze research findings and develop domain frameworks, and best practice methodologies for practitioners.
Prepare and review handouts based on research for course content development.
Operate under the guidance of the Director of the Center, ensuring alignment with the center's objectives.
Supervise and mentor the less experienced researchers, providing leadership and guidance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the center's brand visibility and image.
Ensure quality assurance for own work and for less experienced researchers.
We expect you to:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field;
Proven experience as a Senior Researcher working an research or consulting company;
Experience in Strategy and/or Performance Management is preferred;
Strong analytical and research skills, with a track record of impactful contributions;
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
Proficient in English, both verbal and written, at a professional level;
Strong skills in operating Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
Previous experience with research projects, more than +3 years;
Superior skills in presenting and communicating, researching, planning, and organizing;
Strong article and report writing skills;
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to correlate different pieces of information and develop new content;
Previous experience in managing small teams or as project manager is a plus
