Sales Manager (LERERO)

Your main responsibilities include:
- Initiating conversations with L&D managers, owners/directors of training companies
- Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, calls etc.
- Achieving the monthly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment.
- Utilise systems and tools to monitor KPIs, track pipeline funnel and provide reports to senior leadership
- Attract, onboard and develop sales talent and embed a strong sales culture
- Set department objectives that align with the sales targets and overall business strategy
- Equip the team to grow a strong sales funnel
- Manage key relationships & attend sales events with your sales team to increase revenue growth
- Interact regularly with marketing to coordinate sales and marketing initiatives
- Pro-actively find opportunities to improve sales practices and processes
- Establish a sales enablement strategy and continuous training and feedback loops
We expect you to:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in the B2B EdTech industry, Technology sales or equivalent experience preferred.
- A proven track record of annual sales volume of $500k - $2mill
- A proven track record of achieving targets and both team and individual levels
- A proven track record in closing sales across geographies
- 3-5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of successfully leading sales teams to achieve targets
- Experience of demonstrating expert strategic selling in a consultative sales environment with a longer sales cycle and the ability to pass this to your team
- Experience in recruiting and building a high-performing sales team
- Experience in creating sales enablement materials in collaboration with the product marketing team
