LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS), which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.
ILMS is dedicated to researching the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content.
LMSL has been established to commercialize activities using the above mentioned research insights. LMSL is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.
Your main responsibilities include:
Develop and implement community management strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and growth.
Monitor and moderate community discussions, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and policies.
Proactively engage with community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Create and share compelling content to encourage discussion and participation within the community.
Organize and host community events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and contests, to promote interaction and strengthen community bonds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback from the community, contributing to product or service improvements.
Analyze community metrics and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for community development and enhancement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in community management, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the table.
We expect you to:
Hold a university degree preferably in Psychology, Marketing, or other similar disciplines;
Proven experience in community management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with community members.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with online community platforms such as Discord, Slack, or Circle.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts and challenging
situations diplomatically.
Passion for the community's topic and a deep understanding of its needs and interests.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation is a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
