VP of Marketing-Life Management Science Cluster
About the Role
As Vice President of Marketing, you will take on a key leadership role, driving and aligning marketing efforts for a group of distinct brands across our Life Management Science Cluster: LMSL International, LMSL Indonesia, LMSL Romania, LMSL Vietnam, Artaevita, Logaevita, and Aegenda.
This position involves overseeing the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the 28 domains of the internal Marketing Framework and the broader objectives of the Poaetry Ecosystem.
Your mission will be to streamline workflows, enhance team performance, and capitalize on synergies between the five entities, all while ensuring consistent branding, operational excellence, and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
● Define the cluster’s marketing strategy in line with ecosystem-wide objectives and standards.
● Guide adoption of core frameworks, ensuring consistency across all brands within the cluster.
● Act as the senior marketing authority within the cluster, shaping vision, priorities, and
execution plans.
Brand Management and Differentiation
● Brand Strategy: Oversee initiatives aligned with each entity’s brand strategy that support market positioning and competitive differentiation for LMSL International, LMSL Indonesia, LMSL Romania, LMSL Vietnam, Artaevita, Logaevita, and Aegenda.
● Brand Identity: Oversee brand governance, ensuring all visual and verbal identity standards are upheld.
● Brand Applications: Oversee and direct the rollout of brand assets across campaigns,
communications, and internal platforms.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence
● SEO & SEM: Approve and oversee initiatives for organic search visibility and paid advertising to support lead generation and enhance brand awareness.
● Social Media Marketing: Drive engagement through organic growth strategies and targeted paid campaigns on key platforms.
● Mobile and Emerging Channels: Ensure marketing initiatives are optimized for mobile
platforms and other emerging digital touchpoints.
Content and Public Relations
● Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content, including case studies, blogs, and thought leadership materials tailored to the B2B audience.
● Public Relations: Manage media relations and public communications to maintain a strong and positive reputation for the cluster.
Website and CRM Management
● Website Development and Optimization: Oversee development and ensure that cluster
websites are user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for lead generation and conversion.
● CRM Initiatives: Develop data-driven strategies for customer relationship management,
focusing on retention, satisfaction, and personalized engagement.
Marketing Campaigns and Events
● Integrated Campaigns: Direct the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing
campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across all entities.
● Event Marketing: Oversee participation in key industry events and lead the organisation of cluster-hosted events.
Market Research and Analytics
● Market Insights: Commission and oversee ongoing market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using insights to refine strategies.
● Performance Monitoring: Define marketing KPIs, review performance regularly, and drive improvements where needed
Team Leadership and Process Optimization
● Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
● Standardization and Efficiency: Implement standardized workflows, tools, and practices aligned with the ecosystem’s Marketing Framework to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Ecosystem Synergy
● Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with sales, product, operations, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
● Cluster Integration: Facilitate the integration of marketing strategies within the cluster while ensuring they reflect the broader ecosystem’s vision and principles.
Additional Relevant Domains
● Pricing Strategy: Analyze market dynamics to support competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
● CSR and Community Engagement: Oversee initiatives that reflect the ecosystem’s values and foster positive community relationships.
● Audit and Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess marketing activities to ensure they meet ecosystem standards and drive incremental improvements.
Key Qualifications
Education and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; an MBA is
preferred.
● Minimum 5 years of senior marketing leadership experience.
Skills and Expertise
● Proficiency across the 28 marketing domains, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, and analytics.
● Proven ability to lead multi-entity teams, fostering alignment and collaboration across
diverse stakeholders.
● Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other CRM
platforms to drive data-driven decisions.
● Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills to thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
