Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including educational institutions and corporate entities. ๐
- Outbound Outreach: Engage prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services. ๐โ๏ธ
- Qualification: Conduct meaningful conversations to qualify interest and budgets. ๐ฌ
- Achieve Goals: Meet monthly targets for qualified leads to measure performance. ๐ฏ
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and track progress. ๐
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and share insights. ๐ค
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback. ๐
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales development or lead generation; start-up experience is a plus. ๐ข
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to engage prospects effectively. ๐
- Technical Aptitude:ย Quick learner with the ability to grasp LMS, certification programsย and mental health training solutions. Experience with EngageBay, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo or similar CRM/sales tools is preferred.๐ป
- Cultural Understanding:ย Understanding of international business practices, with a focus onย the GCC market being an advantage. ๐
- Self-Motivation: Ability to thrive independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. ๐ช
