Context of the role
The KPI Institute is currently commercializing online and onsite several performance
management and measurement related products and services. The Institute is also running
several research programs and is looking into expanding its operations and educational
services globally by entering new markets.
Your main responsibilities include:
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals
Build relationships, understand needs, and deliver tailored solutions
Manage CRM, streamline sales operations, and ensure smooth transaction flows, including invoicing and payment collection
Execute campaigns, support events, and grow online presence
We expect you to:
Excellent speaking and writing Arabic and English skills
Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and empathy
Creative and capable of overcoming continuous challenges
Flexible and adaptable to internal and external demands
