About the Role
As a Marketing Manager at Synaësis, you will be a key player in executing and optimizing marketing strategies across the organization. Your role will focus on managing the day-to-day marketing activities, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation for Synaësis' services. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the Vice President of Marketing, to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and the overarching marketing strategy. This role requires strong tactical execution and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Execution
- Campaign Implementation: Take the lead in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic direction and company goals.
- Brand Consistency: Assist in maintaining and enhancing brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Content Strategy: Work closely with content creators to develop and distribute engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including case studies, blogs, and social media posts.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- SEO & SEM: Support efforts to optimize the company’s online presence through organic and paid search strategies, contributing to lead generation and increased visibility.
- Social Media: Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement on social
media platforms, with a focus on organic growth and targeted paid campaigns. - Website Optimization: Collaborate with the web team to ensure the company’s
website is optimized for user experience and lead conversion.
3. Marketing Campaigns & Events - Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and
implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness
and generate leads. - Event Planning: Assist in planning and managing participation in industry events
and webinars to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with key
stakeholders.
4. Market Research & Analytics - Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor
activities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize
analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness. Use data to
optimize ongoing campaigns.
5. Brand Management & Differentiation
- Brand Positioning: Help in defining and refining the company’s value
proposition, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and market positioning. - Internal Communication: Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all internal
and external communication materials, maintaining consistency across various
channels.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are
aligned with sales objectives, supporting lead generation and customer retention.
- Product Collaboration: Work with product teams to develop marketing materials
that accurately reflect product features and benefits, supporting product launches and customer education.
7. Content Creation & Development - Collaterals: Develop high-quality marketing materials such as brochures,
presentations, and datasheets to support the sales team and drive customer
engagement. - Customer Testimonials: Gather and create customer testimonials, case studies,
and success stories to enhance credibility and trust
8. Team Collaboration and Process Optimization - Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the
product, sales, and customer support teams, to align marketing efforts with
company-wide objectives.
- Efficiency Optimization: Streamline marketing processes, ensuring that
workflows are efficient and deadlines are met across campaigns.
9. Continuous Improvement & Reporting - Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize marketing
campaigns to ensure they meet business objectives and deliver measurable
results. - Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, customer
engagement, and market insights to leadership, ensuring data-driven
decision-making.
Key Qualifications
Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within outsourcing or
business services sectors.
Skills and Expertise - Proven ability to execute marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to drive campaign success.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling content and presentations.
