LMSL has recently started localization projects in Vietnam, Indonesia and Romania, we’re on a mission of expanding our products and services to more people, empowering their changes in life. To help people with more diversified and comprehensive solutions, we are looking for a Content Producer to coordinate our team of Multimedia Facilitators, conceptualize our new content and refine our existing content (podcasts, street interviews, etc).
Your main responsibilities include:
Coordinating our team of Multimedia Facilitators;
Conceptualising, proposing and managing creative projects;
Working with clients and internal teams to develop content strategies that align with brand goals and campaign objectives.
Leading creative brainstorming sessions to generate unique and compelling content ideas for digital platforms, social media, and other media formats;
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and content formats to inspire fresh ideas;
Working with the Head of Multimedia and Video Team Lead, to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met;
Coordinate with the production team to bring creative concepts to life;
Develop production schedules, oversee shoot planning, and ensure all project milestones are completed on time;
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the production process, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout;
Present creative concepts, storyboards, and project updates to clients, incorporating feedback as needed to refine the final product;
Ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand identity, target audience, and key messaging;
Ensure that final deliverables are engaging for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital advertising;
Monitoring and analyzing content performance, as well as assessing the impact of content on audience engagement and goals;
We expect you to:
Hold a university degree, preferably in Media, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field;
A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and lead creative teams;
Strong knowledge of current trends in digital media, social media platforms, and content marketing strategies;
Have an interest in podcasts, short and long form content creation, documentaries, and other forms of media content;
Have experience in public speaking (not required but a plus);
Have strong research, analysis and critical thinking skills;
Creative and energetic;
Exceptional creative thinking and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative content.
Eloquent, articulate, and able to communicate clearly and conversationally;
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability;
Have excellent writing and communication skills and creative ideas on how to make compelling content;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team;
Speak and write excellent English is a must.
Speak and write excellent Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesia.
Employment type: Independent contractor/external collaborator
Starting date: As soon as possible
Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months’ probation period
No. of hours: 40h/week, Full-time
Working schedule: During office hours: 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00
Location: Hybrid - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam or Jakarta, Indonesia
