We are launching an exciting new research project focused on applying management systems to personal life, including individual, couple, and family-level administration. The outcome? A range of powerful tools, templates, publications, and training content designed to improve lives. ππ
Weβre now looking for a Junior Product Manager (Non-Tech) to join our growing team and help us create exceptional products that make a real difference!
Your Responsibilities
π Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for LMSL's non-tech products.
π Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
π Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
π Develop detailed product requirements, including feature prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
π¬ Work closely with subject matter experts to create the best possible products LMSL can offer.

Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure product quality.
π Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to improve and optimize offerings.
π£ Communicate product updates, milestones, and success metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
π Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and trends in product management.
What We Expect From You
π Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Project Management, or related field.
π
0-3 years of experience in product management.
π Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
π¬ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β you thrive in collaboration!
π Detail-oriented, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
β‘ Agile development experience is a plus.
π Fluent in written and spoken English.
