Job Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in expanding our business in Arabic-speaking markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to develop their sales skills in a supportive and collaborative environment! π
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Research: Identify potential leads and target accounts in Arabic-speaking regions. π
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate calls, emails, and social media interactions to generate interest in our offerings. πβοΈ
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and qualify leads. π¬
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to book meetings and demos for Account Executives. π€
- CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system. π
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. π
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. π―
We Expect You To:
- Be fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written). π£οΈ
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (SDR/BDR preferred). π
- Possess strong communication skills to engage prospects effectively. β¨
- Be a self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. πͺ
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. π»
- Show demonstrated success in lead generation and qualification. π
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team. π€
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. π§
