Establish and evolve brand style guides, design systems, and creative best practices for all disciplines (visual design, illustration, UI/UX, and video).
Lead concept development and brainstorming sessions, translating marketing and business objectives into clear, high-impact creative strategies.
Review and approve all major creative deliverables, providing decisive, constructive feedback to maintain the highest standards of quality and innovation.
2. Hands-On Execution & Design
Act as a Principal Creative Lead on high-priority projects, actively engaging in design, illustration, UI/UX, or video editing tasks to guide the work by example.
Conceptualize and produce core creative assets, such as foundational UI prototypes, key campaign visuals, and high-level video edits, as required by project load.
Ensure technical quality and file organization across all final deliverables, making sure they are production-ready for various platforms (web, print, mobile, video).
3. Team Management & Mentorship
Lead, manage, mentor, and inspire the entire creative department, including Graphic Designers, Illustrators, UI/UX Designers, and Video Editors.
Manage the department’s workflow, capacity, and resource allocation to ensure projects are prioritized and delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and career development planning to foster a culture of professional growth, innovation, and accountability.
