Role Insight
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to ensure business continuity for our critical email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) functions. This role is strategically vital to mitigate organizational risk and maintain uninterrupted communication across all our entities. The successful candidate will be a technical and process-driven individual capable of immediately managing day-to-day operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
Campaign Execution: Execute, monitor, and optimize high-volume email marketing campaigns (e.g., Sales Blasts) using our primary platforms, Engagebay and Mailchimp.
CRM Data Management: Maintain data integrity, list segmentation, lead scoring, and process flow within the CRM system (Engagebay) to ensure accurate targeting.
Project Management: Manage all related email marketing tasks, timelines, and dependencies using Asana, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Content & Setup: Upload and configure final email content/HTML, ensure accurate tracking and link placement, and schedule deployment across various platforms and entities.
Quality Assurance (QA): Perform rigorous pre-deployment quality checks, including spam testing, device rendering, and segmentation verification.
Reporting: Track key email metrics (Deliverability Rate, Open Rates, CTRs, Conversion) and provide clear, regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Content, Graphics, and Entity teams to ensure timely receipt of all required assets.
We expect you to:
1–3 years of proven experience in a dedicated Email Marketing or Marketing Operations role.
Demonstrable proficiency in CRM/Marketing Automation platforms, specifically hands-on experience with Engagebay and/or Mailchimp.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverability factors, and list hygiene.
Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools, particularly Asana.
Technical aptitude to handle basic HTML/CSS for email template adjustments.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and troubleshoot issues.
Fluency in English & Arabic language.
