🎯 Your Mission
As Head of Publications, you'll drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of all our publishing efforts. From research to release, you’ll lead a high-performing team in delivering world-class publications that inform and inspire.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead research and editorial strategy across print and digital media
• Manage end-to-end publishing processes including editing, design, and distribution
• Mentor and guide researchers, editors, and writers
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Sales, and Research teams
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance metrics
• Grow engagement and revenue from the Publications Division

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in publishing, with 3+ in a leadership role
• Strong research background and content management skills
• Experience working with researchers and understanding research processes
• Excellent project management and team leadership
• Detail-oriented, creative, and strategic thinker
• Cross-cultural communication experience is a plus

🎓 Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or similar
• Master’s degree preferred
