Project Manager - Systaems
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently manage large and complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders and high visibility. This role plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and internal productivity by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Resource Allocation
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of large, complex projects.
Collaborate with the Director of Consulting Services and Trainers Faculty Manager to optimize resource allocation.
Anticipate and manage project risks, scope changes, and future needs.
Promote continuous improvement in project management methodologies.
Templates, Documents, and Materials
Create and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines using standardized templates.
Maintain and update project documentation in line with key milestones and deliverables.
Oversee timely document submission by Consultants, issuing reminders as needed (while Consultants retain responsibility for technical content).
Review and enhance project management templates to meet best practices.
Enforce consistent use of standardized templates across all Consultants to ensure efficiency and alignment.
Team Meetings and Reporting
Organize and lead project team meetings with clear agendas and action tracking.
Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
Participate in customer meetings to stay aligned on project goals and developments.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, high-impact projects.
Proven success in project delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience in customer-facing roles collaborating closely with technical experts.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
Project Management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus but not required.

Languages
English (Advanced) – Fluent in both verbal and written communication
Arabic – Highly beneficial but not required
Other languages are considered an asset
