LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS), which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.
ILMS is dedicated to researching the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content.
LMSL has been established to commercialize activities using the above-mentioned research insights. Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead LMSL’s digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will drive brand awareness, engage our global audience, and promote our innovative, research-backed solutions to deliver conversions through online sales and leads. You’ll craft and execute digital marketing strategies that translate complex scientific insights into compelling narratives, aligning with our data-driven culture and performance-focused ethos.
Job Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include:
Design and implement digital marketing strategies for product launches and ongoing campaigns, managing all digital assets (paid media, email, web, SEO) to meet LMSL’s growth objectives.
Develop global content strategies that resonate with diverse B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
Execute demand generation campaigns to drive online sales (B2C) and generate marketing-qualified leads (B2B & B2C), optimizing performance based on real-time analytics.
Oversee launch activities, including timelines, material development, and channel-specific tactics (e.g., SEO, social media campaigns).
Collaborate with product teams to create compelling marketing materials, such as value propositions, presentations, white papers, case studies, blogs, etc.
Translate ILMS research into customer-facing content that highlights the practical benefits of our solutions.
Develop customer personas, use cases, and product requirements using market research and competitive analysis.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine marketing strategies and messaging.
Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product development cycles.
Brief and guide internal designers on creating impactful digital marketing materials.
Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance, report on KPIs, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Provide bi-weekly reports on engagement, demand generation, and campaign outcomes to stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5-7 years in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, PPC, Web Development, Social Media, content marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
Proven success in launching digital campaigns, ideally within the EdTech or personal development sectors both with internal teams as well as external agencies/ partners
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Familiarity with B2C, B2B, SaaS, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a flair for creative storytelling.
Ability to work independently in a remote, global team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics (experience with performance management methodologies is a plus).
Preferred Experience
End-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to commercialization.
Exposure to marketing programs targeting global markets.
Background in the EdTech industry, particularly marketing educational products or services.
