LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.
A recently initiated research project is dedicated to the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content.
LMSL has been established to commercialize activities using the above mentioned research insights. LMSL is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.
Currently expanding into Vietnam, Indonesia, and Romania, LMSL is on a mission to localize and deliver transformative life management education programs. We aim to reach more communities with diversified, accessible, and impactful learning solutions.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Owner (Education Programs) to manage the end-to-end delivery of LMSL’s education products—primarily online courses and offline workshops. This is a non-technical role focused on educational content and program management. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality learning experiences that resonate with local markets—particularly in Vietnam—while ensuring alignment with LMSL’s global educational standards.
As a Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of the entire product lifecycle: from ideation and market research to product specification, launch, and continuous improvement. Your focus will be on delivering learner-centric, high-quality education experiences tailored to the Vietnamese market, while maintaining alignment with LMSL’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for learning products and programs.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
Conduct market research and user analysis to deeply understand learner needs, regional cultural context, competitive landscape, and industry trends—prioritizing Vietnamese market insights.
Gather and analyze feedback from learners, instructors, and stakeholders to iterate and enhance product offerings, ensuring relevance, effectiveness, and learner satisfaction.
Develop comprehensive product specifications for learning programs and courses that clearly define learning objectives, program structure, and content flow.
Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring clear priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple education programs and initiatives.
Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and content developers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Ensure product quality through structured pilot programs, learner surveys, focus groups, and continuous feedback loops.
Monitor and evaluate product performance by tracking engagement, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and outcomes to drive data-informed decisions and improvements.
Communicate product updates, milestones, and success metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Stay current with emerging technologies, pedagogical approaches, and best practices in education and product management.
We expect you to:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Learning Development or related field; Master's degree is preferred.
2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on learning products or education programs.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to deliver (product development cycle)
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), educational technologies, and instructional design principles is desirable.
Excel in written and verbal English.
