The KPI Institute is a leading research organization focused on business performance across various domains. We're launching a new project, the Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS), which integrates management science with social sciences to explore personal management systems.
About ILMS
A recently initiated research project is dedicated to applying management systems in personal life. The Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS) is a global research organization that aims to establish Life Management Science as an integrative discipline by combining managerial science approaches with social sciences. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal management systems supported by a comprehensive scientific and practice-driven body of knowledge across 10 foundation domains. The ILMS initiative's products are training, templates, toolkits, publications (articles and research reports), podcast content, and others.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop clear, measurable, and achievable learning objectives that align with desired course outcomes.
- Design and develop engaging learning activities that incorporate comprehensive theory, practical exercises, and meaningful assessments.
- Participate in performance reviews for Instructional Design Quality Assurance (IDQA) specialists, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality course materials.
- Collaborate with senior researchers, acting as subject matter experts, to clarify information and content knowledge, communicate necessary adjustments, and actively participate in identifying solutions to improve course materials.
- Collaborate with Instructional Design Quality Assurance (IDQA) Specialists to ensure the quality of course materials, discuss potential solutions to problems, and revise outputs based on their feedback.
- Provide regular project status reports to the direct manager and stakeholders using agreed-upon communication channels.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports through the designated systems.
- Test course functionality to identify and report technical issues or inconsistencies. Additional Task:

Participate in instructional design process improvements, including calibration exercises, needs analysis, and upskilling initiatives.

Qualifications:
1. Education:
Bachelor's in Education, OR
Bachelor’s in Educational Technology, OR
Bachelor’s in Development Communication (major in Educational Communication), OR
Any equivalent qualification
2. Competencies:
2.1. Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in the educational field as a teacher or
instructional designer.
2.2. Apply critical expertise and innovation in designing impactful learning materials
and activities.
2.3. Demonstrate deep expertise in applying instructional design principles.
2.4. Strategically communicate questions and clarifications to team members.
2.5. Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams;
2.6. Proactively and strategically troubleshoot and resolve complex issues by identifying
and correcting errors or inconsistencies in content.
2.7. Exhibit advanced time management and prioritization to meet critical deadlines.
2.8. Adapt seamlessly to changing project requirements and shifting priorities.
2.9. Commit to maintaining the highest quality standards in all content.
