Your main responsibilities include:
â—Ź Content Development & Scheduling: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Ensure a consistent posting schedule to maintain brand visibility and audience engagement.
â—Ź Audience Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful interactions with the audience to build brand loyalty and trust.
â—Ź Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, referral traffic). Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and improve overall social media performance.
● Trend Monitoring & Implementation: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement innovative strategies to keep Biodigy’s social media presence fresh and relevant.
â—Ź Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful posts. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
We expect you to:
Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Have 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Have a proven track record of managing social media platforms and driving measurable results.
Be proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Have a strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Be familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) as a plus.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
