LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life
Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a
comprehensive architecture.
Your main responsibilities include:
● Developing and managing localization project plans that define the scope, objectives,
deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks associated with the project.
● Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the project, including coordinating resources,
assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project is on track to meet its
goals and objectives.
● Continuously monitoring the project's progress and making adjustments to the project
plan as necessary. Ensuring that project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
● Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and external partners.
● Coordinate multiple localization projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to
schedules and quality standards in accordance to standard guidelines.
● Managing project team members, including assigning tasks, setting expectations,
providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.
● Managing the project budget and ensuring that project costs are within budgetary
constraints.
● Ensuring that project deliverables are completed and that the project is closed in a timely and efficient manner.
● Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and to capture
lessons learned.
● Ensure localized materials maintain high standards for accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
We expect you to:
● Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, project management, or engineering.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management.
● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams across cultures.
● Fluent in English (verbal and written)
● Experience using project management software.
● Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet
deadlines.
● Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (nice to have).
