Vice President of Marketing-Professional Services Cluster
About the Role
As Vice President of Marketing, you will take on a key leadership role, driving and aligning
marketing efforts across the Outsourcing Cluster, which includes two distinct brands: Biodigy and Synaesis. This position involves overseeing the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the 28 domains of the internal Marketing Framework and the broader objectives of the Poaetry Ecosystem.
Your mission will be to streamline workflows, enhance team performance, and capitalize on synergies between the two brands, all while ensuring consistent branding, operational excellence, and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
Ecosystem Alignment: Develop and implement marketing strategies for the cluster that align with the overarching goals and standards of the ecosystem.
Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate the adoption of internal frameworks, standards, and best practices within the cluster to ensure consistency and alignment with ecosystem-wide objectives.
Leadership Role: Serve as the primary strategic leader for marketing within the cluster, providing vision and fostering collaboration across teams.

Brand Management and Differentiation
Brand Strategy: Define and implement tailored branding strategies that support market positioning and competitive differentiation for Maentae and Systaems.
Brand Identity: Ensure the consistent application of visual and verbal identity standards across all channels.
Brand Applications: Oversee the deployment of branding across external and internal communications, ensuring compliance with ecosystem guidelines.

Digital Marketing and Online Presence
SEO & SEM: Develop and optimize strategies for organic search visibility and paid advertising to support lead generation and enhance brand awareness.
Social Media Marketing: Drive engagement through organic growth strategies and targeted paid campaigns on key platforms.
Mobile and Emerging Channels: Ensure marketing strategies are optimized for mobile platforms and other emerging digital touchpoints.

Content and Public Relations
Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content, including case studies, blogs, and thought leadership materials tailored to the B2B audience.
Public Relations: Manage media relations and public communications to maintain a strong and positive reputation for the cluster.

Website Development and Optimization: Ensure that cluster websites are user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for lead generation and conversion.
CRM Initiatives: Develop data-driven strategies for customer relationship management, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and personalized engagement.

Marketing Campaigns and Events
Integrated Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Event Marketing: Plan and manage participation in industry events, as well as organize proprietary events to enhance stakeholder relationships.

Market Insights: Conduct ongoing research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using insights to refine strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and leverage analytics tools to measure campaign and team effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.

Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Standardization and Efficiency: Implement standardized workflows, tools, and practices aligned with the ecosystem’s Marketing Framework to enhance operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with sales, product, operations, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Cluster Integration: Facilitate the integration of marketing strategies within the cluster while ensuring they reflect the broader ecosystem’s vision and principles.
Additional Relevant Domains
Pricing Strategy: Analyze market dynamics to support competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
CSR and Community Engagement: Oversee initiatives that reflect the ecosystem’s values and foster positive community relationships.
Audit and Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess marketing activities to ensure they meet ecosystem standards and drive incremental improvements.
Key Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; an MBA is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within professional services sectors.
Skills and Expertise
Proficiency across the 28 marketing domains, including digital marketing, branding, content creation, and analytics.
Proven ability to lead multi-entity teams, fostering alignment and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms to drive data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
