About the position:
It is essential to have relevant experience or a passion for the industry. The Marketing person should fully understand and like the products/services they're trying to sell and have a strong understanding of marketing and business processes.
Marketing Mangers often work with the Sales Teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
The Marketing Manager role encompasses a multifaceted approach to driving strategic marketing initiatives across various channels and platforms. With expertise spanning key pillars of marketing, including marketing strategy, brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing, the Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

By harnessing expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and digital marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition in a dynamic and competitive market landscape.
Your main responsibilities include:
Strategy Development and Implementation: Implements the company's overall marketing strategy under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Develops and coordinates the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including strategies for new product launches and branding initiatives.
Marketing Team Coordination: Coordinates the daily activities of the marketing team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Works closely with Marketing Specialists to achieve team and individual objectives set by the Marketing Director.
Marketing Budget Management: Manages specific campaign budgets, monitoring expenses and reporting to the Marketing Director. Ensures efficient use of resources to maximize campaign ROI.
Marketing Strategy: Contributes to the development of marketing strategies and implements the necessary tactics for competitive market positioning. Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and proposes adjustments to improve performance.
Brand Strategy: Implements brand strategies to build and strengthen the company's market image. Coordinates rebranding initiatives under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
Brand Identity: Ensures the implementation of the brand's visual identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints. Collaborates with design teams to develop and maintain visual elements according to brand guidelines.
Brand Applications: Monitors the correct use of brand elements in all marketing materials and external communications. Ensures all company projects adhere to brand standards. Works with design teams to develop logos, color palettes, and other visual elements.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs. Uses market data to support the adjustment of marketing strategies and product development.
Pricing Strategy: Contributes to the development of pricing strategies under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Analyzes cost structures and competitor behavior to support pricing decisions.
Website Development and Management: Coordinates the development and optimization of the company website under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Works with IT and design teams to maintain and improve website functionalities.
Social Media Marketing (Organic): Implements social media marketing strategies to increase brand engagement and visibility. Monitors the performance of social media campaigns and adjusts strategies to improve results.
Content Marketing: Creates and oversees the production of high-quality content under the guidance of the Marketing Director. Ensures the consistency and relevance of content for target audiences.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implements CRM strategies to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Uses CRM tools to analyze customer behavior and personalize communications.
Email Marketing: Plans and executes email marketing campaigns under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Monitors and analyzes the performance of email marketing campaigns to optimize results.
Mobile Marketing: Proposes and implements mobile marketing strategies under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Coordinates the creation of mobile-optimized content and campaigns.
Event Marketing: Plans and coordinates the company's participation in events, trade shows, and conferences under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Organizes and promotes the company's own events.
Influencer Marketing: Collaborates with relevant influencers to increase brand visibility and credibility under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Monitors and evaluates the impact of influencer marketing campaigns.
Affiliate Marketing: Proposes and/or implements affiliate marketing programs to expand the network of product promotion under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Monitors the performance of affiliate partners and proposes optimizations for maximum results.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Proposes and implements paid search advertising strategies under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Monitors and optimizes SEM campaigns to maximize ROI.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Proposes and implements SEO strategies to improve the organic ranking of the website in search engines under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Optimizes website content and structure to increase visibility and organic traffic.
Public Relations: Proposes and implements public relations strategies under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Assists in communications with the press and manages image crises.
Marketing Audit: Assists in conducting periodic audits of marketing activities under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Proposes measures to improve marketing processes and tactics.
Social Media Advertising: Proposes and implements paid social media advertising campaigns under the supervision of the Marketing Director. Monitors and optimizes the performance of advertising campaigns to maximize impact and ROI.
Requirements:
Educational background: BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
Previous experience: 5+ years proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
Must have skills: Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods, demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Communication skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, well-organized and detail-oriented, commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Knowledge Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (at least basic knowledges in graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite or similar & CRM) and other applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
Have a proactive attitude and be a client-oriented person
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities
