It developed the first KPI Management Framework and operates www.smartkpis.com, the result of the research program dedicated to documenting and cataloguing how KPIs are used in practice, an online portal containing the largest collection of documented KPI examples.
A recently initiated research project is dedicated to applying management systems in personal life. The Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS) is a global research organization that aims to establish Life Management Science as an integrative discipline by combining managerial science approaches with social sciences. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal management systems supported by a comprehensive scientific and practice-driven body of knowledge across 12 foundation domains. The ILMS initiative's products are training, templates, toolkits, publications (articles and research reports), podcast content, and others.
Your main responsibilities include:

University Partnerships:
- Develop and manage partnerships with universities and academic institutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration on research projects and initiatives.

Project Initiation and Management:
- Initiate and secure research projects in collaboration with academic partners.
- Oversee project development, ensuring alignment with ILMS’s goals and objectives.

Collaborative Engagement:
- Work closely with professors and researchers to identify mutual research interests and opportunities.
- Facilitate collaborative research efforts and support academic partners in project execution.

Strategic Development:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of partnership strategies and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships and provide recommendations for improvement.

Administrative Support:
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events with academic partners.
- Prepare and manage partnership-related documentation and reports.
- Other tasks as they may arise according to Direct Manager requests.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in education, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in educational program management, academic administration, or partnership development. Experience working in a higher education environment or similar institutional settings.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Academic Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Life Management Science and related research areas.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting research findings and representing an organization at academic events.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, researchers, and other stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in research management tools and software.
