Maentae aims to support their customers to reach their learning goals through providing them with a mix of training programs that help individuals to keep up with the current trends and fast-moving world of work. The training programs will be designed by passionate subject matter experts who have the capability to bring deep technical knowledge, share real life experiences and employ different instructional strategies to keep its participants engaged throughout their learning journey.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop Maentae’s strategy and business model;
- Assume responsibility for business development, by being actively involved in
coordinating marketing and sales campaigns dedicated to increase revenues; - Develop Maentae’s budget and monitor its implementation, ensure business forecasting and Profit & Loss Analysis;
- Coordinate Maentae’s team: develop the current team (act as a mentor for team
colleagues, manage the workflow by allocating projects and tasks and overviewing
progress, provide feedback and evaluate them), grow the internal team (be actively
involved in recruitment, succession plans etc); - Manage and supervise operational activities related to adding new courses to Maentae’s portfolio, tenders' submission, training courses organization, coordinate with sales team, initiate operational effectiveness initiatives that improve operations execution at all levels;
- Manage all aspects of operational efficiency projects, demonstrating large-scale
program management expertise; - Approach subject matter experts, consultants and trainers and organize networking events to enlarge and maintain a network of external subject matter experts collaborating with Maentae;
- Promote a continuous learning environment;
- Drive team motivation by building strong relationships and increasing engagement within the team;
- Maintain communication and business relation between Maentae and other companies from The KPI Institute Ecosystem;
- Generate sales activities that will lead to the growth of the customer database;
- Assure continuous communication on LinkedIn Groups and other professional web based communities on performance management-related topics promoting The KPI Institute offers.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing human resources, information technology, and legal aspects;
- Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning;
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic and young team;
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission;
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within a fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
We also expect you to:
- Have at least 5 years of strong general operations management experience;
- Hold a master’s degree in business, or related field; MBA would represent a great
advantage; - Excel in written and verbal English.
