AEGENDA is a fashion brand that combines art, science, and technology. We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team.
The Bookkeeper/Accountant will help AEGENDA to manage financial-related matters in collaboration with our Finance Department.

Your main responsibilities include:
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Reconcile accounts receivable and issue invoices
Reconcile accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist with reviewing expenses, and payroll (for part-timers). Manage all accounting transactions. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assist with other accounting projects
Archive the documents electronically according to the company’s policy
Comply with Vietnamese financial policies and regulations
Any other task assigned by the reporting manager
We expect you to:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting
1-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
Excellent organizational skills
Writing and reading skills in English (intermediate)
A systematic approach and attention to detail
Can multitask and meet deadlines
A Yes attitude
Good technical skills in using computers and software as required
Mathematical and numerical aptitude
Good problem-solving skills
