AEGENDA is a fashion brand that combines art, science, and technology. We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team.

The Bookkeeper/Accountant will help AEGENDA to manage financial-related matters in collaboration with our Finance Department.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

• Reconcile accounts receivable and issue invoices

• Reconcile accounts payable and perform reconciliations

• Assist with reviewing expenses, and payroll (for part-timers). Manage all accounting transactions. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

• Assist with other accounting projects

• Archive the documents electronically according to the company’s policy

• Comply with Vietnamese financial policies and regulations

• Any other task assigned by the reporting manager

We expect you to:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting

• Excellent organizational skills

• Writing and reading skills in English (intermediate)

• A systematic approach and attention to detail

• Can multitask and meet deadlines

• A Yes attitude

• Good technical skills in using computers and software as required

• Mathematical and numerical aptitude

• Good problem-solving skills
